Problem:
The client needed a way to simplify how customers personalize products before purchasing. The existing process was complex, made harder by large volumes of technical documentation and fragmented communication between teams.
Solution:
I developed an interactive product configurator that allows users to easily customize their product in a guided, user-friendly interface. The app was designed to run smoothly on website to maximize user experience. An additional feature was built in to share configurations directly via email, giving customers and sales teams instant access to the details.
Challenge:
The project timeline stretched due to multiple prototypes and iterations as new features were introduced. A key challenge was filtering through extensive documentation and aligning input from multiple stakeholders—project managers, technical experts, and sales teams—to ensure accuracy and usability.
