Problem:
Explaining a complex onboard train solution to non-technical stakeholders was challenging. Written documents and specifications alone made it difficult for management, test passengers, and project teams to fully grasp the value of the investment.
Solution:
I created an immersive animation that provided a walkthrough of the train interior, highlighting the different onboard technologies. The animation included close-up views of ad screens, destination displays, CCTV, and other key features, making the functions of each element clear and easy to understand.
Challenge:
One of the main challenges was to capture not just the visuals but also the real-world experience. To emphasize how the audio solution performed under realistic conditions, I designed the soundtrack with ambient crowd noise and routine announcements—simulating the environment inside a working train.
I learned that:
The animation gave stakeholders a clear, engaging understanding of what the onboard solution delivered. According to feedback, it successfully convinced management, test passengers, and technical teams of the product’s value, helping secure alignment and approval for the purchase.
